When we clean your windows you will receive a fully detailed bill through your door with :
- Your full address details, a job reference number and the fee due
- Your next clean date
- Full payment instructions, with an option to set up a Direct Debit instruction/BACS transfer
- Ability to take contactless/chip & pin credit & debit card payments. (£30 limit for contactless)
You don't need to be home, just ensure access is available on the scheduled day.
You don't need to have cash ready, or log into a payment site; just follow the payment instructions on your bill or you can pay by credit-debit card in person at the time of cleaning.
If you decide to set up a direct debit instruction, we will take your payment on or around the 26th day of the cleaning month. We process all direct debits via GoCardless, the leading direct debit provider in the UK.
We also offer an e-billing service should you prefer, but this is on request only.
Cleaning Frequencies
StockClean work a 4 week month, Monday to Friday; excluding bank holidays and weekends. We offer:
- One-Off window cleaning †
- Monthly window cleaning
- Bimonthly window cleaning (every 2 months)
- Quarterly window cleaning (mostly for larger estates and houses)
†One-Off Cleans are available, depending on free schedule time, but are not a priority and will cost significantly more than regular clean prices. All one-off cleans must be paid by debit/credit card, and may require a pre-authentication before work commences.
Quality Control
StockClean always ensure that the whole window and frame is cleaned on every visit. and we offer a 24 hour no quibble guarantee on all work. If there is a problem with any standard of window cleaning; we will come and re clean the property free of charge.
Your Data
StockClean does not keep any customer data, addresses & telephone numbers backed up on the 'cloud' or by a third party data center; all customer data is backed up on physical drives owned by us, isolated from the internet, locked away in a safe and password protected.
