The Biggest issues with this client was knowing when someone was due to clean.
In the past someone used to just ‘turn up’ clean what he could and leave a bill.
With two Great Danes, who are very boisterous; she was always worried about one of them escaping.
Our date system on the other hand was perfect for her.
Now she knows when her next window clean is due, and can get the dog groomer ready.....leaving us able to do our job without our hoses being chewed up!
This clients windows are cleaned bi-monthly outsides only, and quarterly inside & out.
They also have an additional guesthouse on the same plot, which we clean in addition to the main house.
