With just over 300 individual panes of glass to clean, this client tended to go from one window cleaning service to the next, only to find after a few cleans they wouldn’t show up again due to the amount of work involved. They also had issues with access due to their high security gates, and making sure someone was around to let them into the premises.
StockClean were called in from a local recommendation to see if we were able to take it on, offer a competitive price to the client; and actually keep the service going.
We suggested a reduced cleaning schedule from monthly to just a quarterly clean, with a price increase per clean of 2.5 times their old price.
Whilst this is a considerable increase in the cost per clean, we are able to service this customer now due to the fact we are charging the correct price for the time spent on the clean.
With our computerised date booking system, they know when we are due to clean again as their next clean date is left on their bill.
