For customers who wish to have a regular window cleaning service, StockClean offer a service schedule consisting of the following frequencies: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly and Quarterly. We operate the regular calendar on a fixed-date four-week monthly system. We also offer one-off cleans, pending on date availability usually charged at 2.5 times the regular clean rate.
A) Cancellations & Schedule Changes
1) If you need to cancel a prior booking, and you are receiving a regular service from us; you can do so by giving at least 24 hours notice by e-mail. We will then skip that clean, then book and supply you with the next window cleaning date instead. 2) If you wish to change a booking date, we will do our best to accommodate, but you may incur a total charge 1.5 times the rate of your original window clean to compensate for extra time fitting you into a different schedule.<more> 3) If you ask us to skip a clean on the day we turn up to start work, you will still be charged for the job in full. 4) If you have agreed to have a regular service, and you have the first clean done at the regular service price, then subsequently cancel; we reserve the right to charge you the remaining balance due as for a one-off clean. 5) If you wish to cease being a customer, simply send an e-mail stating that you no longer want our service and we will remove you from the database.
B) Our Work Policy
1) We work in all weathers (if safe to do so), and rain unfortunately does not stop us from working. 2) We require all customers to leave access to properties when the dates fall due, if you forget to open or unlock the gate we will clean what we can and still expect payment in full. 3) If you have a specific time you want us to clean, we can ensure that we get to your property either AM or PM, we cannot arrange exact times unless you are having a one-off or special clean. 4) Please ensure gardens are free of: dog excrement, garden tools, and any obstructions detrimental to us fulfilling our job. 5) Special cleans can be arranged for existing customers, usually for either a half-day or a full-day rate to carry out extensive in & out window cleaning and gutters, conservatory roofs.
C) Our Payment Policy
We require all customers to pay within 5 days of the bill date. It is very important that you pay us on time if you are to ensure a regular-reliable service from us, persistent late payers will be given the option to pay up front for services, or face cancellation.
D) Quality Control
If you are not satisfied with a particular clean, please contact us within 48 hours first and we will rectify the issue by offering to re-clean the property free of charge. Please note that we do rely on customers letting us know if there are any problems; and we cannot rectify issues that we don’t know anything about. All our work is guaranteed so you can contact us with confidence should you have an issue.
