This is how much you need to pay us, we are not VAT registered at present so all bills are VAT free.
Bill Reference Number
Every bill generated by us is given a unique number, and kept electronically for 6 years. For a small fee, we are even able to generate copies for your records.
Customer’ Details Box
This box details the customer to be billed for our service. This aids to ensure that there is no confusion over who has agreed to the service, and who is responsible for payment.
Date work completed
This is the date we carried out the work, where we allow up to 7 days for payment to be made
Full Contact Info
Every time we leave you a bill for your window cleaning, we always give you full contact information.
If for whatever reason the next clean date is not convenient (house being painted, or building work etc) you can contact us prior to the clean.
Next Clean Date
This is when we are scheduled to clean your windows in the future. We will always stick to these dates, so you can be sure of a regular, reliable service, and can ensure access is available.
Payment Info
This section tells you where to send your payment, we accept cheque's, cash and BACS transfer.
