This client’s windows are cleaned bi-monthly, the outside windows and frames are cleaned with our water fed pole system, and they also have the indoor windows cleaned in the kitchen & conservatory. There is also an office complex on the same site, to which we clean on an ‘as is’ basis by prior arrangement at extra cost.
The premises offers two challenges in the sense that the parking areas on this property are a good 60 meters from the house, requiring a very long hose to reach the house. Fortunately we have up to 150 meters of hose, but even then after we have stretched it around the house it just about reaches. The second challenge is this client is very very busy, and is hardly home due to their work in the media/entertainment industry, they needed a way to receive future dates and invoices immediately. So we developed an e-billing and booking system for their convenience, which is now on offer to all customers.
